JBPL Gin Making Adventure

For their 1st Christmas outing, JBPL decided to do something a little different…



…they went gin making!

Signing up to an “Adnams Experience”, the intrepid explorers of JBPL (Charlotte, Peter, and James) ventured into the laboratory at the back of the Adnams store in Bury St. Edmunds in their quest to make their favourite tipple. After much tasting; discussing of flavours; an education into various botanicals; experimenting; and more tasting, new concoctions were created.

It was a fabulous afternoon, which was made all the more special by the resident Adnams host Jasper, who was both highly knowledgeable and also lots of fun. It provided for a great alternative Christmas outing.
