Welcome - Steven Stroud We are very proud to welcome Steven Stroud as Associate Director to the JBPL Team. Steve is a Chartered Town Planner with a strong academic background and broad experience across the public and private sectors. He has led a wide range of major development projects and brings particular expertise in complex planning and enforcement appeals, having appeared at numerous hearings and public inquiries.
