Head of Admin & Finance

Lorraine is Head of Admin & Finance at JBPL, and she deals with the day-to-day running of the office. 

She has over 30 years of Local Government experience. This includes an extensive period at the City of London Corporation, where she was the Assistant Clerk at the Chamberlains Court, and Court calligrapher. More recently, Lorraine has worked in various roles at Suffolk County Council. 

Lorraine’s role covers HR matters; staff welfare; invoicing and accounting; and general office management.
