Happy Birthday JBPL!

The 1st of January marked a special milestone for us at James Bailey Planning Ltd., and we are thrilled to celebrate our 5^th anniversary! Over the past five years, we have had the privilege of working on a diverse range of projects, whilst providing unique and personal planning services to our valued clients.

Some of JBPL’s highlights from 2024:

• Continued Team Growth: We welcomed Mahtab Noori to our team, bringing fresh perspectives and energy to our projects.
• RTPI Young Planners Conference 2024: JBPL were proud sponsors of this prestigious event held in Cambridge, where we engaged with young planners and shared our expertise.
• Establish a Local Networking Event: JBPL are one of the founders of the ‘Bury Business Connections’ networking event, which is dedicated to fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing among local businesses.
• Shogun Rugby 7s Sponsorship: We helped celebrate the Shogun Rugby Football Club's win at the Super 7s tournament in Bury St. Edmunds.
• Planning Successes: HMO applications; commendation for HIA work; community engagement exercises; and preparation of a Design Code.

As we look back on our journey to-date, we are grateful for the trust and support of our clients, partners, and community. Here's to many more years of growth; innovation; and successful planning!
